Trial System
Trial System (トライアルシステム, Toraiaru Shisutemu) is a fictional system feature in Mobile Suit Gundam 00.
Trial System is a secret system Celestial Being developed that was installed in GNY-004 Gundam Plutone and its successors. By using this feature, the activator of the system can take control of mobile suits directly linked to Veda. The main purpose for this is to prevent other Gundam Meister from improperly using their Gundams. For this purpose, only Gundam Meisters chosen by Veda could operate it.
Veda only grants the permission to access this system to Innovade Gundam Meisters, which in turn are categorized by their hierarchy rights on the system. Among the Innovades that are permitted by Veda are Ribbons Almark, Tieria Erde and Gundam Meister 874 (Hanayo). In addition, only one Trial Sytem could be use at any time. In case that multiple Trial Systems were used simultaneously, the only one that was initiated by the Innovade with higher access rights could be maintained, and the rest would be canceled on the spot.
In First Season, Tieria Erde first used this system with GN-004 Gundam Nadleeh in his battle against the Gundam Thrones. In Second Season, Tieria used this system again with GN-009 Seraphim Gundam, with greater range than Nadleeh, to neutralized all of the mobile suits under the control of the Innovators.
